APPLICANTS

The following requirements are necessary to obtain a bartender's license:

1. Applicant must be at least 18 years of age
2. Three (3) color passport sized photographs
3. Valid government issued photo identification
4. Address and telephone number of the place of employment
5. Money Order for $54.00 made payable to: DIVISION OF STATE POLICE - SBI. No cash will be accepted!
6. $15.00 cash. No checks will be accepted
7. Completed Bartender License Application
